Hanoi, 20 February 2023 – On 16 February, CapitaLand Development (CLD), the development arm of CapitaLand Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Toong, the largest coworking space chain in Indochina, to set up and operate the first coworking space in a small office/home office (SOHO) development in Vietnam.  The coworking space will be situated in CLD’s SOHO @ Heritage West Lake in the prime Tay Ho District, its first SOHO-style development in Vietnam.  Offering 202 units, the apartments in SOHO @ Heritage West Lake are designed to function as an office and a home, ideal for entrepreneurs, young business elites and professionals seeking a flexible and well-designed space to work, live and play.

The coworking space in SOHO @ Heritage West Lake spans more than 900 square metres (sqm) and occupies the 5th and 6th floor in the 25-storey development.  It can accommodate more than 300 professionals, offering them convenient access to modern office essentials.  In addition to work stations, meeting rooms and event spaces, Toong will also organise community-driven programmes seminars and networking sessions regularly to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship.  The coworking space at SOHO @ Heritage West Lake is CLD’s second partnership with Toong in Vietnam.  The first coworking space with Toong is located in The Oxygen, CLD’s mall in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
