Binh Duong Province, 23 February 2024 – CapitaLand Development (CLD) has kicked off the “Together We Step: Step For Kindness” campaign in collaboration with the Binh Duong Provincial Red Cross Society. The campaign aims to raise funds to refurbish the kitchen of Thanh Tuyen Kindergarten (campus 2) in Dau Tieng district, Binh Duong province, which has about 80 students. The campaign consists of two main activities: a social media campaign and an outdoor community event. CLD has pledged to donate up to US$30,000 (over VND700 million [1]), upon the collective achievement of 100 million steps contributed from the social media campaign and 10 million steps logged by all the participants during the outdoor community event. Interested parties can register for the event at www.togetherwestep.vn.

The “Together We Step: Step For Kindness” campaign is part of CapitaLand’s long-standing commitment to sustainable development, community engagement, and positive impact in Vietnam, where it has been operating for 30 years since 1994. As part of “Together We Step: Step For Kindness”, the social media campaign runs from 24 February 2024 to 24 March 2024. The outdoor community event will be held on 31 March 2024 at Binh Duong New City, Binh Duong Province. Participants can choose to cover a distance of either 2 kilometres or 5 kilometres, and opt to jog or simply walk with their friends, family members, and pets. The event is open to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
